A joint investigation between WA Police Force and the Corruption and Crime Commission has resulted in charges against two people connected to Horizon Power.
The Commission commenced its investigation in March 2016, and the joint / cooperative investigation with the WA Police Force was commenced in September 2017.
This resulted in charges against a 47-year-old North Coogee man with four counts of Corruption and a 43-year-old Salter Point man with four counts of Fraud.
Both men were charged by summons and are due to appear in the Perth Magistrate’s Court on 1 October, 2018.
