UPDATE: Mr Dimer has been located.
----------------------------
Police have concerns for the welfare of a man who was last seen leaving Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Brady Joel Dimer, 25, left the hospital around 9.30am on Wednesday and may be using public transport to get to Midland.
There are concerns for his welfare because he requires daily medication which he does not have on him.
Mr Dimer is described as having a dark complexion, with a medium build, approximately 177cms tall, short brown hair, hazel eyes and facial hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue hospital gown and red pants.
Anyone who sees Mr Dimer or who has any information on his whereabouts, is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
