The 19 year old will front Rockingham Magistrates Court today.
Joel John Payne could enter a plea today when he fronts the court over the death of two of his mates back in October.
The 19 year old, who studied at Comet Bay College, was charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing death and one count of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm, when the Toyota Supra he was allegedly driving ploughed into a tree on Secret Harbour Boulevard last year.
17-year-old Mason Hooton and 16-year-old Callum Mummery died after the car crashed on October 5, a third passenger was taken to hospital after being seriously injured in the same crash.
Mr Payne was granted bail and had his case adjourned to this month when he last visited court back in November.
