Emergency services have been called to a home in Bluefields Parkway in Port Kennedy to reports of a house fire.
Neighbours called triple zero around 10am after seeing flames and hearing an explosion.
Paramedics are also on site, assessing a woman. It's not yet known if she's been injured.
