A former Mandurah man has returned to Perth after spending seven months in a Bali jail for drug possession.
Giuseppe Serafino, 48, was deported from the holiday island after being released from Kerobokan prison on Monday.
He landed back in Perth on Tuesday night and was greeted by waiting family.
Mr Serafino, who owned a bar in Sanur and had been living in Bali for five years, was found with seven grams of the drug hashish in October last year.
He claimed he only used it to treat chronic back pain.
Mr Serafino will be banned from returning to Bali for at least six months.
