A Lakelands man is lucky to be alive after a fiery crash in the Great Southern.
The 41-year-old was driving a Holden station wagon on South Coast Highway in Jerdacuttup, 35km from Ravensthorpe, around 7pm on Saturday when he lost control and veered off the road.
The Holden then rolled and burst into flames, completely incinerating.
The man escaped with minor injuries and was taken to Esperance Hospital by ambulance.
Police believe fatigue was a factor in the crash.
