A man has pleaded guilty to unlawfully killing a 27-year-old man after punching him at a Silver Sands pub.
Jake Raymond Mosley, 28, appeared in the Stirling Magistrates Court on Wednesday and admitted to the charge of manslaughter after the attack on Jason Goodwin last year.
Mr Goodwin suffered serious head injuries, including a fractured skull and bleeding on the brain, when he was knocked unconscious by Mosely at Silver Sands Tavern on September 20.
He was rushed to Royal Perth Hospital but died seven days later.
Mosley was initially charged with causing grievous bodily harm, but that charged was upgraded to manslaughter after the death of Mr Goodwin.
He was remanded in custody and is due to be sentenced on December 20.
