The mother of Ben and Georgie Spies, who died during a tent fire in 2011, has been found dead in her Mandurah home.
Fairfax reports Fiona Spies passed away last week at her central Mandurah home.
Police say there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.
Fiona lost her two children and ex-husband Brett when the tent they were staying in at a Mandurah caravan park caught alight in May 2011.
