A four-year-old girl was dragged out of the pool by a lifeguard at Crown Towers on Saturday afternoon.
She had to be resuscitated before being taken to Perth Children's Hospital where she remains in a stable condition.
A few hours earlier, a five-year-old girl was found unconscious in the main pool at Adventure World in Bibra Lake.

She also had to be resuscitated and was taken to hospital.
The young girl has since been discharged.
The near drownings come just two days after a three-year-old boy died in his backyard swimming pool on Kookaburra Drive in Greenfields.
His parents initially reported him missing sparking a large scale search in the area.
The toddler's body was found in the pool a short time later.
WA Police Minister Paul Papalia said the incidents are a timely reminder for parents to supervise their young children around water.
“We’ve seen some horrible tragedies in the lead up to summer. I just urge everyone take care with your little ones around water,” Mr Papalia said.
