Residents in the Mandurah area will spend the morning clearing debris and hail following overnight storms.
Homeowners and motorists are reminded to take care this morning following overnight storms.
Several residents in the Peel Region have reported damage to their properties and neighbouring structures with some capturing it on camera.
Overnight, 11.4mm of rain fell in the Mandurah area with wind gusts up to 74km/h recorded and hail spotted around the city.
A severe weather warning has now been cancelled for central and southern parts of WA. A cold, squally southwest airstream with showers, thunderstorms and small hail remains over southwest WA.
The Bureau of Meteorology said the threat of severe weather has passed, but the situation will continue to be monitored and further warnings will be issued if necessary.
Mandurah residents have taken to social media to share their images and videos of high sea levels and hail in the area.
