Traffic Enforcement Group officers are investigating a crash between a car and a motorcycle in Baldivis on Saturday, 4 May 2019.
Just before midday, a 39 year old man and his 8 year old son were riding a Qingqi motorcycle north on Makybe Road. As the motorcycle entered the roundabout at the intersection of Acrasia Road, a blue hatchback vehicle travelling east, failed to give way and collided with the motorcycle.
The rider of the motorcycle and his pillion passenger were thrown from the bike. The hatchback driver stopped briefly before driving away.
The 8-year-old boy was conveyed to Perth Children’s Hospital for treatment of a broken bone. The 39-year old man received an injured arm and conveyed to Rockingham Hospital.
