Major Crash officers are investigating a fatal crash that occurred in Eurardy on Thursday 4 October 2018.
The crash resulted in the death of a 37 year old woman.
Around 3:30pm, a white Mitsubishi ASX was travelling south on North West Coastal Highway when it crossed to the incorrect side of the road and collided with a tree.
The 37 year old female passenger received life threatening injuries and died at the scene. The 65 year old female driver received serious injuries and was taken to Geraldton Hospital.
A 7 year old boy and 6 month old girl were also conveyed to Geraldton Hospital to be treated for unknown injuries.
Major crash investigators would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the white Mitsubishi travelling south along North West Coastal Highway prior or at the time of the crash.
