Investigation into what caused a serious crash in Dawesville this week are underway.
Police are urging witnesses to come forward who might be able to help with their investigation into a serious crash in Dawesville.
Around 8.30am on Thursday a white Honda Civic travelling along Dawesville Road ploughed into a tree near Ewing Street.
It's understood the 16-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle causing it to crash.
A 14-year-old girl in the back of the car received life-threatening injuries and was airlifted by the RAC rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital.
The 16-year-old male driver also received serious injuries and was taken by ambulance to Royal Perth Hospital.
A second 14-year-old girl, who was the front passenger, was taken to Peel Health Campus with serious injuries.
