A Rockingham retail building has gone up in flames.
Fire crews were called out to the building on the corner of Railway Terrace and Harrison Street around 2.15am on Monday.
When they arrived, smoke and flames were seen billowing from the building.
It took firefighters 20 minutes to bring the blaze under control.
The Arson Squad is now investigating the cause.
