An Erskine syndicate has shared in a division one Saturday Lotto win.
The syndicate of 10, set up by Erskine Lotteries and Newsagency, will share the $772,000 Lotto prize.
Erskine Lotteries and Newsagency owner Jainish “Jay” Soni said it was the store’s first division one win and he was very happy for the 10 winners from his community.
“It’s a dream come true,” Mr Soni said.
"Since we started creating syndicates we have got to know all the regular players.
“They are beautiful people and it is good for them and good for our community to have so many people win.”
Lotterywest spokesperson Zoe Wender said syndicates are a great way to share the fun of playing Lotterywest games.
“Anyone can join a syndicate set up by a Lotterywest retailer, or go to a retailer and register their own syndicate,” she said.
“All you need to do is gather a group of at least five players, decide on spend per person and each member of the syndicate will get their own registered ticket.”
The winning ticket was one of three division one wins in WA with the other two purchased through Lotterywest Play Online.
