The Lolly Run this year will hand out more lolly bags than ever across seven nights in December, and a tracking functionality will help children see when the Lolly Run truck is near.
The Kwinana Lolly Run 2021 will see three trucks and over 50 volunteer helpers hand out more than 25,000 pre-packed lolly bags to local children this year.
Listen out for the beeps and music trucks between 5pm and 8.30pm on the night when the Lolly Run is in your suburb, or live track from the City of Kwinana website’s Lolly Run page to see when it will be in your street.
Mayor Carol Adams welcomed continued support by local volunteers and event sponsor Kwinana Industries Council in making the Lolly Run an annual success.
“The Lolly Run is a 65-year tradition unique to Kwinana which we as a City are proud to see continue to bring some Christmas cheer to the community,” Mayor Adams said.
“We encourage people to put the relevant date in their calendar and use the live-tracking available this year, or keep an ear out for the beeps and music of the trucks between 5pm and 8.30pm.”
The timetable for the Lolly Run 2021 is as follows:
