The woman sadly passed away after slipping near a waterfall in Dwellingup.
A woman has died after falling into water at Lane Poole Reserve yesterday afternoon.
Around 2.00pm yesterday St John Ambulance officers and Police were called to the Dwellingup site where the victim in her 20s passed away.
It's understood she fell whilst walking near the waterfall at the site.
The woman was under water for some time before other people were able to remove her from the water.
People tried to resuscitate the victim but were unsuccessful and she died at the scene.

A report will be prepared for the coroner.
