A 30-year-old woman has now been charged with manslaughter after an elderly woman died in an ambulance crash.
Police have charged a Beechboro woman with manslaughter following a crash in Dianella on Thursday July 12.
During the incident it's alleged the Hyundai Getz the women was driving collided with a St John Ambulance, which was carrying an 87-year-old woman, who has since died from her injuries.
The three people in the car, including a nine-year-old, the two ambulance paramedics and elderly patient were all rushed to separate hospitals following the crash.

On July 12 the 30-year-old Getz driver was charged with two counts of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and one count of no authority to drive.
She appeared at a bedside court hearing while receiving treatment in Royal Perth Hospital on July 13.
The 87-year-old ambulance patient died following the bedside court hearing. As a result, Police have now upgraded the woman's charges to one count of manslaughter, one count of dangerous driving occasioning grievous bodily harm and one count of authority to drive.
The woman will next appear in a bedside hearing on Wednesday July 18.
