Asthma WA’s Wheezy Walk shines a light on asthma and the impact it has on the lives of more than 237,000 Western Australians.

Australia has one of the highest rates of asthma in the world and while there are so many people in our community living with the condition, there is still so much that is misunderstood about it. With greater understanding and support, together we can make a life-changing difference to people with asthma, helping them to live well and take back control of their breathing.

Asthma WA challenges you to take 237,000 steps over four weeks in October – that’s one step for every child and adult in Western Australia with asthma.

No matter if you choose to walk, run or skip your way through this challenge, every dollar you raise helps educate and support Western Australians, so their asthma doesn’t hold them back.
