Double Dip Ocean Beach Exercises

AQUA SESSIONS FOR SENIORS AT MANDURAH TOWN BEACH
Seniors are invited to register in our 2027 summer Double Dip Ocean Exercise Program and enjoy our wonderful beach aqua sessions at Mandurah Town Beach from January until end of March. The program will run every Tuesday and Thursday morning from 8am until 9am commencing from the 5th and 7th January with a warm up session on the sand, before entering the water for the aerobic session using pool noodles.
Registration for 2027 season will take place at Mandurah Town Beach Reserve on Tuesday 17th and Thursday 19th November 2026 from 8:30am until 9.30am each day. Total cost is $70 for the entire season (note no eftpos).
The Double Dip Ocean Exercise Program is run by volunteer organisation, Peel Branch of Seniors Recreation Council of WA.
