Julikemychops is a new initiative to help raise money for the Australian Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation to give childhood cancer the CHOP!

Julikemychops encourages men of all ages to grow sideburns or ‘Chops’ throughout the month of July.
On the Julikemychops website, www.julikemychops.com.au participants can register to grow sideburns or chops, and raise money by using either email, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram or Twitter to spread the message to his work colleagues, family and friends and ask for donations to help him reach a set amount to be donated online to Julikemychops.

You can form a team of growers or fund raisers and register your team name as your work/club’s name. It’s easy - once logged into the Julikemychops website, you will find the site is easy to use, easy to make donations and easy to claim tax deductibility for donations over $2.00.

Every year more than 950 children are diagnosed with cancers, three will die from cancer every week. While 60 years ago cancer was a death sentence, today 8 out of 10 children will survive thanks to medical research. Unfortunately, though, cure rates for several childhood cancers have not improved significantly over this time. This makes cancer the biggest killer of children in Australia and only intense research in this field will help to change this. The objective of Julikemychops is to raise $1,000,000 through the month of July for the Australian Lions Childhood Cancer Research Foundation and to help achieve our goal we require your help.
