SWAMS Bindjareb Aged Care is the first Aboriginal Aged Care Service in the region and it a non for-profit organisation.

SWAMS provide individual social support, group social support activities, domestic assistance, meal preparation, basic home maintenance and transport including shopping to Aboriginal community members over the aged of 50. The services also include access to aged care services through Indigenous facilitators.

To be eligible for these services, you must be over the age of 50, not receiving other support (NDIS/CHSP) and reside in the Bindjareb/Peel region.
