Learn personal safety strategies, setting boundaries & assertive communication to boost your wellbeing, relationships & empowerment. Also learn a range of easy to follow Self-Defence moves to promote your ability to escape from high-risk situations. This runs 3rd Term every Wednesday from 12.00 - 2.00 pm, & stay for cuppa & chat with a 'Safe Woman Safe Family Facilitator'.
