U.S. actress Michelle Trachtenberg has tragically passed away at the age of 39.
According to various news reports, Trachtenberg had recently undergone a liver transplant and was suffering complications.
Her mother found her unresponsive on Wednesday morning in her New York City apartment.

She was best known for her roles on Gossip Girl, as Buffy’s younger sister, Dawn, in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and starred in the original film Harriet the Spy.
