Details have been released for the funeral of Aretha Franklin.
Gwendolyn Quinn, publicist for Aretha Franklin, has revealed plans for the late singer's funeral, which is scheduled for August 31.
Proceedings will take place in Franklin's home town of Detroit at the Greater Grace Temple.
Fans can bid their final farewells to the Queen of soul during a two day public viewing at the Charles H. Wright Museum of African America History on August 28 and 29.
"Franklin will be entombed at Woodlawn Cemetery in Detroit," Quinn said.
