Kwinana Freeway northbound is closed after a body was found early Thursday morning.
It is believed the body was hit by a car near the freeway flyover at Canning Highway around 5.30am.
The exact circumstances leading up to the crash is not yet known, but the man has since died as a result of his injuries.
The Kwinana Freeway northbound lanes are currently closed between Leach Highway and Canning Highway.
It is advised that motorists avoid the area and seek alternate routes.
