Police have welfare concerns for a missing 12-year-old Baldivis girl.
Holly Clarke was last seen leaving her home around 5pm on Tuesday, September 5.
Holly is believed to be wearing a blue hoodie with orange writing on the front, maroon track pants and white sneakers.
She is known to frequent the Baldivis area.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police immediately on 131 444.
