Fire ripped through a property earlier this morning.
Investigators will shortly arrive at the scene of a house fire to determine the cause of the blaze, which burned through a Lakelands home earlier this morning.
A triple zero call was placed at 5.33am with reports of fire and smoke alarms going off from inside the Loretta Parkway home.
Fire fighters attended the single story home and the blaze was under control by 5.54am.
There are no reports of injury from the fire, but the emergency call was phoned in by someone inside the home at the time.
The damage bill stands at $200,000 while authorities continue to investigate the cause of the fire.
