Doctor to face Rockingham court over alleged indecent assault of woman

A Perth doctor has been charged with allegedly indecently assaulting a woman during a medical procedure.

The 58-year-old, who was specialising in obstetrics and gynaecology, is accused of assaulting the female victim in February 2022.

The Canning Vale man is due to appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court today.

The investigation is ongoing and police urge anyone with information relating to this matter, or any similar incidents, to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or via www.crimestopperswa.com.au
