The 83-year-old will front the Perth' Magistrates Court today.
Police have charged the man with child sexual assault offences dating back to 1970, during his time as a Catholic Priest in Perth's South.
It's alleged during 1970 the man indecently assaulted a 7-year-old girl while he worked as a Priest at a church in Carlisle.
The man from Subiaco has been further charged with three counts of indecent assault on a female.
He is next due to appear before the Perth Magistrates Court today.
