A house has been damaged by fire in Lakelands.
Emergency crews were called to the single-storey property on Rayner Promenade around 5.30am on Wednesday.
Firefighters were able to contain the blaze to one room.
It was extinguished by 6am.
The cause is not yet known and there are no reports of any serious injuries.
