The 43-year-old allegedly sexually abused women while working as a self-defence trainer.
The man, who was arrested by Armadale Detectives, will front Perth Magistrates Court on Friday over a string of alleged sexual based offences.
Authorities said the incidents occurred between 2013 and 2018 when the man indecently assaulted a number of women while working as a trainer at a self-defence facility in Southern River.
The man has been charged with nine counts of indecent assault, 2 counts of sexual penetration without consent, 2 counts of possess controlled weapon and 2 counts of possess prohibited weapon.
The investigation is ongoing.
