Around 50,000 homes were left in the dark this morning.
21,000 customers still remain without power as a result of wet weather, which damaged around 100 power poles.
The outage has affected those in Mandurah, up to Bullsbrook.
It is believed Western Power are working to fix the lines, with their priority to make the affected areas safe before restoring power.
The restoration time is unknown.
