Concerns are held for a 52-year-old Erskine woman who was last seen at the Peel Health Campus on October 13.
Mandurah Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of Caroline Hayter.
The 52-year-old woman last seen at the Peel Health Campus at about 9:40pm on Friday, October 13.
She is described as fair skinned, 165cms tall, with a medium build and brown hair.
Caroline is believed to be driving her blue coloured 2017 Hyundai Accent
Registration number is MH5025A.
Concerns are held for her welfare and anyone who sees Caroline or her vehicle, or who has any information regarding her whereabouts, is asked to call Police immediately on 131 444.
