A woman has died and two other people have received serious injuries after a head-on crash in Perth's south-east.
A Suzuki Vitara collided with a mini bus on Armadale Road, near Taylor Road in Piara Waters about 5.20pm on Thursday.
The 34-year-old female driver of the Suzuki received head and arm injuries and was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital while the 34-year-old male passenger received pelvic and leg injuries and was flown to Royal Perth Hospital.
.A 51-year-old woman who was a passenger on the bus was conveyed to Royal Perth Hospital with serious pelvic, abdominal and leg injuries and later died of her injuries.
The 52-year-old male driver received minor leg injuries and was conveyed to Fiona Stanley Hospital.
Major Crash investigators are seeking witnesses who may have seen the grey Suzuki Vitara or orange Toyota Coaster Bus in the Piara Waters area, prior to, or at the time of the crash to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or make a report online at www.crimestopperswa.com.au.
