Authorities said they're investigating an incident between a taxi driver and his passenger.
The incident occurred on Sunday July 28 at around 2:30am on Pinjarra Road across from the Monkey Bar.
Police have been informed that a number of people witnessed the incident and assisted the taxi driver.
Mandurah Police would like to speak to the people who were there or anyone else who may have witnessed the incident.
