A 37-year-old man has been left with serious leg injuries.
Police are calling for witnesses to a Warnbro serious crash to come forward.
Just after 7.30pm on Thursday night a green Ford sedan was travelling south on Ennis Avenue when it turned into Royal Palm Drive and collided with a Subaru Outback, which was travelling north on Ennis Avenue.
The impact caused the Outback to roll several times before coming to rest on a median strip 50 metres north of the intersection.
The driver of the Ford, a 46-year-old woman, was taken to Rockingham Hospital by ambulance with minor injuries
The RAC Rescue Helicopter rushed the 37-year-old male driver of the Outback to Royal Perth Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening leg injuries.
Investigators would like to speak to anyone that witnessed the crash or saw either vehicle travelling prior to the crash.
