A Success pub has been damaged by fire overnight.
The blaze started around 9.30pm in the roof space of The Gate Bar and Bistro near the Cockburn Gateway Shopping Centre.
The building was quickly evacuated.
It took firefighters over an hour to extinguish the blaze which caused around $100,000 damage.
The cause has been deemed accidental.
