The WA Police Force Careers Expo is heading south for the first time this weekend.
The Careers Expo will be held at the Mandurah Crab Fest over Saturday and Sunday, showcasing a vast range of career opportunities in policing.
Visitors will have the opportunity to get on board the Water Police boat, check out the drones used by Police Air Wing and watch live demonstrations by the TRG Bomb Squad robots.
The WA Police Pipe Band will also be there as part of the entertainment line-up.
Other units attending include Serious and Organised Crime Division, Police Academy, Road Policing and the Emergency Operations Unit Forward Command Vehicle, along with representatives right across the policing spectrum.
WA Police Force's display will be spread across two locations, on the Eastern Foreshore and at the Mandurah Ocean Marina.
Police Recruitment will be on hand to answer questions for anyone considering a career with the WA Police Force.
Visitors can ask police officers and staff questions about the application process, training and career pathways.
The WA Police Force Careers Expo runs from 10am to 5pm on both Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 March 2024.
Prospective applicants can register for a career information session or get further event details at https://letsjoinforces.wa.gov.au/
