A WA police officer has been charged with unlawfully using a computer.
The male police sergeant, from the Midland Police District, allegedly committed the offences in June and July 2018.
He was stood down from duty and his since resigned.
The now former police officer is due to appear in the Joondalup Magistrates Court today facing two counts of unlawfully using a computer.
