Three people have been taken into custody
Police have taken three people into custody following a car chase through several Mandurah suburbs.
Around midday on Tuesday officer observed a grey Holden Statesman travelling at high speed in the southbound lane on Mandjoogoordap Drive at Lakelands.
It's also alleged the vehicle was seen driving on the wrong side of a roundabout.
The vehicle was located a short time later at an address at Achilles Place, Greenfields.
During the incident two police cars were damaged, when the offender rammed the statesman into them. The driver then tried to evade.
Police stopped the vehicle and apprehended three people and took them into custody.
Three officers received minor injuries and two received medical attention for minor injuries.
