A woman has been charged with careless driving after allegedly smoking what appeared to be a meth pipe while driving on the Kwinana Freeway on Saturday.
Rockingham Detectives carried out a search warrant on a Bertram home on Monday after a witness photographed the woman and her registration plates.
The 31-year-old woman from Bertram has been summonsed on the offence of careless driving, while a 25-year-old man also from Bertram has been summonsed on the offence of possessing drug paraphernalia.
This was not the implement photographed in the driving incident.
They will both appear in the Rockingham Magistrates Court at a later date.
