Police are hunting an armed offender who held-up a service station in Kwinana Beach.
The man entered the petrol station on Ocean Street around 9.10pm on Thursday, June 15.
Police say he threatened a staff member and a customer with a knife and demanded cash.
The man, wearing dark clothing, fled on foot with a sum of cash.
