Authorities have served move on notices to dozens of people sleeping rough on Memorial Drive in Point Peron.
Homeless people have been living on the street for months, with Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions officers now intervening.
According to the Housing Crisis Australia Facebook page, letters were served to campers by Parks and Wildlife officers on Wednesday stating they must vacate the area by Tuesday, September 22.
"You are currently camping in an area that is not a designated camping area and without lawful authority," the letter stated.
"Unauthorised camping at Memorial Drive, Point Peron, and surrounding CALM Act areas has created safety risks associated with vehicle traffic on Memorial Drive, limited access to toilet facilities, rubbish accumulation, and reports of antisocial behavior.
"You will be required to remove your camp and belongings and vacate the area by 22 September 2026.
"Failure to comply with a lawful direction and order is an offence and may result the matter being referred to the WA Police."

The notice said outreach workers will continue to visit Memorial Drive daily to provide support for more suitable accommodation options.
It comes just a week after the City of Rockingham ordered rough sleepers in the Baldvis wetlands to move on.
On Wednesday this week, the State Government announced they will be investing $2.6 million into a safe night space in Rockingham.
Operating out of The Crew building, the space will provide temporary shelter for up to 30 people each night, along with meals, showers and laundry facilities.
