Three boys have been charged after allegedly beating an 82-year-old man in Greenfields.
Geoffrey was allegedly set upon by the three youths in his garage on Wonich Fairway around 5.30pm on Saturday.
He was allegedly pulled off his scooter and bashed with metal poles and rocks after refusing to hand over his keys.
Geoffrey suffered a large cut to his head and lost part of his ear in the attack.
He also sustained bruising over his entire body.
On Tuesday, Mandurah Detectives charged two 14-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy with one count each of aggravated armed robbery and aggravated home burglary and commit.
One of the 14-year-old boys will appear before the Perth Childrens Court on July 13.
The two other boys will appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court at a later date.
