Homicide Squad detectives have charged a 47-year-old man in relation to the death of a 54-year-old woman and a 52-year-old woman.
Both women were located deceased in the Mandurah estuary on 22 January and 23 January 2023 after a boat struck a navigation marker.
The 47-year-old Halls Head man has been charged with two counts of Manslaughter and will appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court today, 6 February 2023.
