We've received reports of a crash on Surf Drive in Secret Harbour near the intersection of Surf Drive and Mandurah Road.
Traffic is reportedly backed up to Secret Harbour Boulevard.
Use caution and avoid the area.
There's also been a crash on Kwinana Freeway southbound on Narrows Bridge near South Perth.
The right lane southbound is blocked.
Towing and Incident Response Service are on their way, traffic heavy on approach, back to Hay Street.
