A fire has broken out at an abandoned nightclub in Rockingham for the second time in just over a month.
Emergency crews were called to the old Liquids Nightclub on Kent Street around 11.30pm on Thursday.
Police say the fire caused moderate damage to the building.
Just last month, a fire was lit at the same venue.
The nearby abandoned Rockingham Hotel has also been subject to a number of suspicious fires recently.
Rockingham Detectives are investigating the cause of the latest fire.
