Authorities, including police, have returned to the homeless camp on Memorial Drive near Rockingham.
Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions (DBCA) officers are giving remaining campers 24 hours to vacate the area.
It comes a week after about 50 people living in tents, caravans and cars were served with notices to leave Memorial Drive by September 22.
Some campers have been living at the site for months.
In a video posted to the Housing Crisis Australia Facebook page on Wednesday morning, camper Gemma Jones told DBCA officers she had no where else to go.
"So where are we going to go? We don't have anywhere to move on to," she said in the video.
"My family's dead, I have no friends, I don't really have anywhere to move to from here."
Another woman, believed to be advocating for the campers, told the DBCA officer that all the caravan parks are full.
"We've tried to find places for them to go, what do they do?," she said.
In last week's move on notice to campers, it stated their "unauthorised camping" has created safety risks, rubbish accumulation and antisocial behaviour.
