Perth Detectives have charged a 56 year old man as a result of their investigation into allegations of historical child sexual abuse.
It is alleged between July 1997 and September 1998, the man sexually assaulted a boy who was 13 years old at the time of the first incident.
At the time of the incidents the man was the victim’s teacher at a south metropolitan primary school.
The man from the south west of WA, has been charged with:
- Four counts of Indecent Dealing of a Child over 13 years and under 16 years
- Three counts of Sexual Penetration of a Child over 13 years and under 16 years; and
- One count of Attempted Sexual Penetration of a Child over 13 years and under 16 years.
He is next due to appear in the Bunbury Magistrates Court on Thursday, 1 March 2018.
